"How much will it cost?" is the first question in almost every enquiry we get. Here's an honest, no-inflation breakdown from inside the valley — so you can budget properly and spot the hidden-cost traps other operators leave out.

Flights (extra, varies by city & season)

Flights to Srinagar (SXR) are quoted separately because they swing with your city and how early you book. Delhi is the cheapest gateway; metro cities further south cost more. Booking 3–4 weeks ahead in peak season (May–June, December–January) makes a real difference. We book these for you — see flight ticketing.

What's usually NOT included (the honesty part)

Be wary of any quote that hides these: Gulmarg gondola tickets (Phase 1 & 2), union taxis at Pahalgam and Gulmarg local points, pony and sledge rides, lunches, and monument entry fees. We list every exclusion openly on each package rather than surprising you on the ground.

Daily spends

Budget roughly ₹500–₹1,500 per person per day for lunches, shopping (saffron, dry fruits, papier-mâché), and optional activities like pony rides or a Shikara photoshoot. Kashmir is not an expensive place to eat or shop once you're there.

How to keep costs sensible

Travel in shoulder season (March–April or September–October) for lower rates and thinner crowds, keep your group to one vehicle where possible, and let a local agency fix rates in advance instead of negotiating on the spot. Add an offbeat day — Doodhpathri or Yusmarg — for a near-free change of scene.
