Most Kashmir trips are sold from outside Kashmir — from call centres that have never waited for the Gulmarg gondola in a January queue or checked whether a houseboat's heating actually works in December. We started Make My Flight to be the opposite of that: a travel agency where the person quoting your trip can see the Zabarwan hills from the office window.

The business runs on two things. First, ticketing — flights, trains and buses, booked the same day with a proper invoice. Second, tours — Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Doodhpathri and Ladakh, built from hotels we've slept in and drivers we've worked with for years.

We answer on WhatsApp, we answer the phone, and when something changes on the ground — weather, road closures, a strike — you hear it from us first, with a plan B already worked out. That's the whole pitch. Everything else is just details and kahwa.
