Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellation terms as fair as the season allows. The exact terms for your booking are stated on your quotation; the defaults below apply unless stated otherwise.

Tour packages

• 30+ days before travel: full refund minus actual costs already incurred (e.g. non-refundable hotel advances).
• 15–29 days: 75% of the package advance refunded.
• 7–14 days: 50% refunded.
• Under 7 days / no-show: no refund on the advance.

Flight, train & bus tickets

Ticket refunds follow the airline/railway/operator's own cancellation rules; we pass through the refund we receive, minus a service fee of ₹300 per ticket.

Weather & force majeure

If we cancel a tour due to conditions on the ground, you choose between a full credit toward new dates or a refund of all recoverable amounts.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
